Sauce:
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp Korean Gochujang paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey
1/3 cup ketchup
Garnish:
1 tsp white sesame seeds
1 chopped scallion
Dumplings:
10-12 pieces - pan seared
Serves 2
Mix all sauce ingredients in bowl. Heat skillet with 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce and simmer for 1 minute. Add pan-seared dumplings and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallion.
