1 pound Fire Grilled Bulgogi Seasoned Beef

1 cup Carrots - cut them thin as matchstick
2 cups Purple cabbage - sliced thin
2 bunches Kale - sliced thin and blanched
4 cups Steamed Rice
1 Egg yolk- or fried egg
- Sauce
Bibigo Gochujang Hot Sauce
1. Blanch and cut vegetables as directed
2. Arrange the meat and vegetables on the hot steamed rice in a circle. Leave a small hole to place the raw egg yolk or fried egg on.
3. Drizzle with Bibigo Gochujang Hot Sauce and serve.
