Potsticker Soup

INGREDIENTS
3 pcs CHEF ONE® Chicken Lemongrass Potsticker
12 oz chicken stock
2 tsp soy sauce
2 oz shredded bok choy cabbage
2 tbsp shredded carrots
1/2 cup Chinese cooking wine
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp grated or ground ginger
PROCEDURES / PREPARATION
- Bring chicken stock and 2 tsp of soy sauce to a boil in large saucepan.
- Reduce heat. Add potstickers, bok choy, and carrots. Gently simmer for 6 minutes, then remove dumplings with slotted spoon and set aside. Internal temperature of dumplings should reach 165°F.
- Stir in cooking wine, sesame oil, and ginger, then simmer 1 minute.
- Place cooked postickers into a bowl and pour soup over it.
