Mandarin Orange Dumplings

INGREDIENTS
15 lbs (300 pieces, 6 bags) CHEF ONE® Whole Wheat Chicken and Vegetable Dumplings
6 lbs (1 bag) MINH® Less Sodium Orange Sauce, thawed
3 lbs (6 cups) water or mandarin orange juice
1 lb, 12 oz (4 cups) mandarin orange slices
PROCEDURES / PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix thawed MINH® Less Sodium Orange Sauce and water (or mandarin orange juice for a sweeter taste profile.)
- Place CHEF ONE® Whole Wheat Chicken and Vegetable Dumplings into two 4″ steam table pans with 150 dumplings (3 bags) in each pan.
- Cover dumplings with sauce mixture and stir.
- Cover pan and bake at 350° F for 30-40 minutes. Stir dumplings after 15-20 minutes of baking. Cook to an internal temperature of 165° F.
- Serve 6 dumplings with vegetables or fried rice.
