Fried Dumpling Skewer

INGREDIENTS
200 pieces (4 bags) CHEF ONE® Whole Wheat Chicken and Vegetable Dumplings
6 1/4 cup MINH® Less Sodium Orange Sauce, thawed
6 1/4 cup MINH® Less Sodium Teriyaki Sauce, thawed
3 cups vegetable oil
3 cups water
PROCEDURES / PREPARATION
- Thaw MINH® sauces according to package instructions.
- Pan fry CHEF ONE® dumplings in batches, as needed.
- Heat 2 oz of water in a large non-stick skillet over high heat. Add 16 dumplings and sear for 2-3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium and add 2 oz. of vegetable oil to the skillet. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Assemble four dumplings on a skewer and serve with 2 tablespoons of each sauce on the side for dipping.
