1 cup Whole Fresh Cranberries
1.5 cups Cold Water
0.5 cups Granulated Sugar
1-2 Large Cerrano Chilis, seeded and finely minced
2 table spoons Fresh Lime Juice
Combine Cranberries, Water, and Sugar into a medium sized saucepan
Cover, Bring to Boil
When Cranberries start to pop, reduce heat to medium, partially covered, for 5 minutes
Add Minced Chilis and Lime Juice
Bring to a boil, and lower heat when the sauce begins to bubble
Simmer Sauce uncovered for about 10-12 minutes or until a syrupy reduction forms.
