2 pcs CHEF ONE® Chicken Lemongrass Dumplings
1 cup Bloody Mary mix
1.5 oz vodka
1 celery stalk or pickle
PROCEDURES / PREPARATION
- Combine Bloody Mary mix and vodka.
- Deep fry or pan fry dumplings (Cook to an internal temperature of 165° F).
- Place cooked dumplings on a skewer.
- Top Bloody Mary with dumpling skewer, insert celery and any other garnishes into Bloody Mary.
