Our journey began in 1999 with the inspiration to bring a taste of Asian culture to customers in the heart of Brooklyn. We started in the cramped confines of a 5,000-square-foot facility, preparing fusion cuisine that quickly became a hit with our community and local restaurant owners. Since then, we have expanded into an 80,000+ square-foot facility to keep up with popular demand, bringing delicious authentic Asian-style products to businesses, restaurants, and consumers across the country.
