Ponzu Ginger Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

1/2 cup ponzu sauce
1 scallion, thinly sliced
4 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
4 teaspoons mirin (rice wine)
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and drizzle over dumplings or use as a dip.
