Chef One Kung Pao Chicken Dumplings (8 Pieces)
1 Carrot
1 Celery
1 Onion
1 Tablespoon Butter
2 Bay leaves
2 Tablespoons Flour
2 cup Chicken Broth
1⁄2 bag Peas
Salt
Pepper
Dice the carrots, celery and onion
Sautee the vegetables in butter for approximately 10 minutes (until slightly browned) in saucepan
Add 2 tbsp flour, stir and cook for 2 minutes
Add chicken broth and bay leaves
Bring all ingredients to a boil
Add peas
Salt & Pepper to taste
Add dumplings, reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes or until thawed
Serves 2 (4 Dumplings per serving)
